The Central hotel is open all through the year. For hotel accommodation in the Norfolk/Norwich area the central Hotel is a good option. The types of room that the hotel has are single, twin, double, triple and family rooms. There are 16 rooms in total and some of the rooms come with attached bathrooms, known as the ensuite rooms. Most of the rooms come with television, wireless connectivity, tea-coffee machines and parking permits. However, the wireless access and the parking are chargeable.



The room rates are all displayed on the site and the price includes the value added tax (VAT) and the breakfast. The check-in time starts from 1pm to night 11pm. The check-out time is at 10:30 in the morning. There are special discounts on the room rates during holidays and weekends. For cancellation, the tourist is charged for the first night. But the hotel has stopped accepting traveller’s cheques.



For the holiday cottages, there are also certain rules that the guests have to follow. There is contract between the house owner and the tourist who will stay there during the allotted time. The check in is at 3pm and the check out at 12 pm. The booking ensures the contract and the payment details. So the travellers must make sure that everything is correct in the receipt. Once the rates are fixed, the tourist has to pay 25 percent of the total value. In the case of cancellation, the tourist must inform the cottage owner’s immediately. A percentage is deducted from the depository amount depending on the time of the cancellation. For example, if the family cancels within 15 to 28 days, 75 percent of the total booking amount will be returned. However, in the case of the cancellation done by the owner, either other lodging arrangements will be made, or, the total amount will be given back.



The owner has the right to cancel the tourist’s stay at the cottage, if he finds that the behaviour unsuitable, or there is some damage to the property. In case of pollution, or some complaints received, then too, the owner has the right to cancel. For the provision of pets, the owners have to be informed beforehand.



The cottages also give discounted rates on the rooms during holidays and weekends. For booking, the tourists can visit the official website and fill in the necessary details. Since the hotel comes under the data protection policy, the travellers can be sure that their personal details will not be disclosed.
